Return policy
1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Customers are requested to check the condition of the products and may return/exchange them at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
- The item does not match the type or model as specified in the order or as shown on the website at the time of ordering.
- The item is missing quantity or parts as listed in the order.
- The external condition of the item is compromised, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.
Customers are responsible for providing relevant documentation to verify the above issues in order to complete the return/exchange process.
2. Regulations on Notification and Product Return Timeframe
- Timeframe for return notification: within 48 hours from the time of receiving the product in cases of missing or damaged items, etc.
- Timeframe for sending back the product: within 14 days from the time of receiving the product if the issue is due to a supplier error.
- Location for returns/exchanges: Customers may bring the product directly to our office/store or send it via postal service.
